Helen Turano is the project manager for the lab. She has a background in molecular genetics and medical research. She is responsible for organizing and managing the day-to-day operations of the lab and biotech center. She interfaces with the different members of the bioinformatics, web and research groups and insures that the work flows freely in and between the research and bioinformatics group. She is responsible for the information on our web sites and for organizing the training, education, and awards promoted by our biotechnology center
