The Human Standard Gene Set is used as a correlation tool for microarray experiments.

REFERENCE #: SGS96.2

DESCRIPTION: A set of 96 oligos pertaining to genes derived from in-house studies to be universally present and differentially expressed in all tissues. This product is designed to assist in the standardization of microarray type studies utilized by more and more laboratories worldwide.

SHIPMENT: A 96-well microtiter plate containing lyophilized 70mer DNA. Reconstitution in a volume of 10uL gives a final concentration of ~50uM (a spotting buffer of 50% DMSO 50% 0.1x SSC works well on our arrays). RNA isolated from human kidney and neuroblastoma cells (ATCC catalog #s CRL-2190 and CCL-127), as well as reference RNA (Stratagene Universal Human Reference RNA, catalog #740000), have been used for comparative studies.
